Tim Prendergast, CPA brings more than 35 years of robust financial leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at PCCI. Leading the company’s financial strategy and operations since 2017, Tim directs PCCI’s financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, planning, pricing, and reporting.
Tim’s extensive background spans public accounting, corporate finance, and specialized consulting. He began his career as a Staff Auditor with Deloitte, gaining insights from audits of Fortune 500 companies, including Rockwell International and Procter & Gamble, as well as non-profits like the American Red Cross.
His corporate leadership experience includes several controller positions: Corporate Controller for OpTel Telecom, Division Controller for Bright House Networks’ Central Florida Division, and Market Controller for CBS Radio’s Dallas Market (managing the finances for 5 radio stations, the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network, and the Texas State News Network).
As a consultant, Tim successfully managed complex, project-based initiatives across various sectors. His notable engagements included bridging interim roles at the global distributor Fossil Group, supporting a revenue cycle software implementation for Galderma Labs, and streamlining business processes at Healthmarkets.
Tim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the State of Texas.
