- The Machine Learning Engineer position is responsible for engineering machine intelligence systems and infrastructure for real-world production use at scale.
- Improve the accuracy, runtime, scalability and reliability of machine intelligence systems.
- Develop and implement machine intelligence platform APIS for multiple use-cases.
- Drive architecture of platform and application capabilities embedding machine intelligence.
- Design and implement new predictive machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Build and enhance data pipelines for clinical research and machine intelligence, integrating data from diverse sources including EHR, claims, social determinants, *omics, notes, devices, and imaging.
- Implement automated tools to scale data science capacity.
- Productionize data processing steps and predictive models developed by clinical data science team.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams and third-party vendors to provide ml leadership to complex projects.
- Identify ways to improve work processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Make recommendations to supervisor, implements, and monitors results as appropriate in support of the overall goals of the department and company.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, actively participating in professional organizations, and/or maintaining certification or licensure and integrate knowledge gained into current work practices.
- Maintains knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws and guidelines that impact the area.
